Initially I was pretty disappointed with this 12V power adapter for my new Garmin 60CSx because the darn plug kept falling out of the receptacle. I use my GPS on the trail but mainly while towing an RV around the country so a power cord that keeps coming loose can be quite a distraction while driving. I was all set to give a 1 star rating but I read a particular 5 star comment that stated all you have to do is PUSH the plug in. I tried it, concerned I might bend one of the four pins or flub it some other way when all of a sudden - CLICK - the plug snapped in place. Wow, it's in there snug for sure and it even took a little bit of a tug to pull it out. So, whammo blammo, a 1 star rating immediately transforms into a 5 star rating. Terrific product and terrific service from the vendor. By the way, using a little duct tape to "thicken" the plug didn't work too well since the plug didn't seat properly for a good power connection.
